Rob was a wonderful realtor from the start. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable in all the intricacies of selling a house. He helped us find a contractor to look at a potential house we were thinking of buying. He advised us on renting our house back for a couple weeks while we moved. He gave us information on mortgage agents, movers, and charity/resale organizations we could use. He gave us valuable tips on how to make our house more appealing (it sold the first day over the asking price!). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent.
